Class 1: Making of fondant and gum paste from scratch 
Class 2: How to use sugar paste to achieve smooth finish
Class 3: Introduction to use basic sugar craft equipments
Class 4: Learn to use different types of moulds and cutters
Class 5: Learn to make flowers like Rose, Blossom, Daisy, Gerbera and Carnation
Class 6: Making of sponge, draping and decoration of fondant
Class 7: Choose theme and decorate your cake accordingly 
Class 8: Choice of theme - Teddy Bear/ Make up/ Minion/ Love and others we can discuss while choosing Course
Class 9: Practice Session
Fee:  26,000/- (inclusive of taxes)
  • Full payment to be made at the time of admission.
  • The content is focused at teaching various methods of preparation & may vary with individual student’s needs towards learning’s & time frames.
  • Dishes may be changed or deleted at the discretion of the chef.
  • The duration of the course would be ten days and student can complete the course within 1 month from the time of admission not later than that.
